Kiddicare??

has anyone bought anything off the Kiddicare web site?

I've found the pushchair i want (the First Wheels City Elite) and it's over a hundred quid cheaper than the Mothercare web site!! Just wondered if anyone would recommend them? And how are they on aftercare?

They just seem awfully cheap....and i don't want to get my fingers burnt on such a big purchase.

Kiddicare are quick with delivery

I hate their premium number for after sales is all after spending £400 I was not impressed.

I had a problem with mamas and papas swing and rang the shop in the end I was lucky the guy there helped me out in a flash which they usually don't do (shop and internet sales are different) ...he arranged the delivery of a new one and the old one to be collected at the same time!

I am getting my pram from there, they dont do free delivery where I am £20 for me! delivery that is. But it hasnt arrived yet and was ordered last week. Probably take longer as I am in NI. They still have the cheapest things around. if i where to go into a shop here I wouldnt get a pram for the prices they have.

I had a bad exsperiance with mothercare and they had to give me all my money back eventually as they said it wasnt ordered and I had the proof they took my money. that was a nightmare that lasted 2 weeks. So I wouldnt recommend them, wish I had of stayed with kiddcare for the whole lot instead I had to go local and spend a fortune.

I get loads of things from kiddicare and all have always turned up within 48 hours and all exactly what I ordered, prices are good too. Never had to use any kind of aftercare so cant comment on that, would def reccomed them though,
