I started drinking mine on fri, one cup a day so far, but going to up it to two cups this evening.

It did give me BH fri and sat morning, but I had it long before breakfast. I figured, good! At least I know it's hitting the spot!

I drink mine with Honey, it's really nice. But I've heard to have it with Ribena as it tastes simmilar, I'm also going to make a jug for the fridge, mixed with Ribena and honey for a cold drink as well as hot one.

My personal opinion, this being my first baby is to try everything, if it helps great!! If not what harm does it do??

Especially as it doesn't taste that bad at all!

Doesn't really taste like raspberries, IMO. I think it just tastes "earthy" - very herb-y and such. It's pretty mild though. Sorry, that's probably not helpful at all.

They do also sell red raspberry leaf blends, which are a bit more flavorful and preferred by some. This link goes into some detail about RRLT:

This is a blend that uses red raspberry and other flavors:

I've tried it and liked it quite a bit. So sometimes I'll have that at night, especially if I have an upset stomach since the hint of mint they use can be soothing.
