when i am lay down he can sometimes hurt when he squirms about i think its because i dont have as much fluid around him as i should. he also has a new game where he kicks down on my cervix really hard and that takes my breath away

Every once in a while I get a sharp cervix kick, but not too often. Usually I just feel big waves, rolls, jabs and very often little tickles on my right side, almost near my back. Sometimes it tickles so much it makes me LOL.

I've only had really uncomfortable movements when he's in transverse position. The movements are so sharp they make me jump, I'm kinda hoping he decides to go head down and stay there.

Have you tried the hands and knees position to encourage baba to move to a more suitable place. If it continues to cause you real pain though I'd speak to the midwife to see if you can get checked out

My baby is transverse and I get a lot of sharp jabs. Makes me jump and moan. lol. I can see her body shape when she moves certain ways too. My bump is a bit on the smaller side as I haven't really put on much weight.

Oh gosh, yes. LO has been so, so, so active the past couple of weeks (much more so than ever) and after her bouts of crazy, it leaves my bump pretty sore. Definitely get a lot of cervix pain too, since she is engaged she is stretching the ligaments. At least that is what my MW says. To me it feels more like something is trying to come out and it burns and stabs haha. So I have an achey cervix now. Baby has been bouncing on my cervix since day one of movement and I have to get internal exams every. single. visit lol. If I lie on my side, she kicks the side I'm on really hard and I have to move. Then she just pushes off of my other side and I end up sitting up and walking around until she calms down. Yesterday I actually got the most painful rib kick. I yelped and OH was like "oh my God what's wrong!!" ~,~ Caught me off guard is all. I can't wait until she is out and I can sleep on my tummy again without getting beat up!!

I've had this alot recently and mw said that its my womb getting tender from too much movement lol
She basically advised me to take it easy - only problem is that lying down makes it so so so much worse!

Also sometimes if movements just start really hurting for no reason it can be that your insides are irritated from some other cause so worth getting checked out just in case!
