I imagined it tasted like raspberry but so many herbal teas taste a bit nasty dont they. Does anyone know where in the Uk you can buy this tea and the tablets from? Is it holland and barret or do supermarkets sell them?

I am def going to try it from 32 weeks.

I got my Tea from Neal's Yard, its in a leaf form so you have to put it in a tea strainer, I dont think it really tastes of anything, If it was a blind test I would say its a mild tea. I have been drinking one cup a day since 35 weeks, and now am having between 2 - 3 cups a day, it did give my some BH at 36 but not anymore! I am hoping it does make a difference as I am hoping for a Homebirth so it would be great if it was helpful!

My sister is on baby no.5 and swears by it! First thing she advised me to buy! I've got the one from Holland and Barrett and it does taste a bit fruity I put bit of lemon or sugar in though. I've had one cup a day from 34 wks now on 2 cups a day will move to 3 or 4 this week. Its also quite nice cold aswell. Will report back after birth. I also heard good things about drinking it after birth x

I found the loose leaf stuff bit grim, gave me a funny light head. I buy the Heath and Heather teabags and they're quite tasty with a bit of sugar or honey. Been drinking about 4cups a day of late so let's hope it does its job!

Let us know your stories afterwards ladies! I am going to get my tea when I am near H&B next ready! Even if theres a chance it helps I'll take it :-)

Lollipopbob I dont think its ever too late to start - go for it! Most ladies seemed to start with 2 cups a day at 32 weeks, 3 cups a day at 34 weeks, 4 cups a day a 36 and so on.
