are you sure its urine?

is it possible your waters are leaking, and laying down relieves the pressure and lets it trickle out?

I have been noticing a lot of watery discharge, and feel damp occasionally too...

Does it have a smell?? Urine has a very distinct smell, I don't think you could mistake it for anything else...

ways baby moved makes it come out too.

It could just be urine.. It could also be your waters mixed with urine. No one can really tell unless they are a doctor and have checked you.

I would contact your midwife . If she is un available today conttact labour and delivery i know someone who just had damp underwear and it was infact her waters that had gone 48 hours prior!.

Not saying thats the case for you but better to be safe than sorry and not risk anything.
Just my personal opinion.
I am not a Medical proffesional.

It happens to me almost every night. I think it mostly happens when I move from side to side to get comfortable, then urine leaks out. I am really over peeing on myself all the time... *sigh*
