Why is it so important...

To shave down there?

I mean, I did that prior to pregnancy but now I just don't care. I don't think it's absolutely essential to do so I'm not going to fight around my belly and break my neck to do it, but I feel like I am in the minority on this issue. Anyone else with me on this?

I haven't kept things too tidy down there, but I just recently started to shave again (I can't see, so just going by feel). I don't want to have a jungle for labor so I figure if I shave every couple days it won't take but a couple minutes

I just don't see the point lol. I promise you that all of the doctors have seen it before and they don't care. I can understand if it'll make you more comfortable but I doubt you'll be thinking, "OMG I DIDN'T SHAVE" while you're pushing the baby's head out .

I don't shave down there and I don't care how jungle like it looks. I know that the Dr's, nurses and my baby doesn't care what I look like below!! I just don't get trying to break my back or cut myself to be shaved.

Oh, I know...I've been through it before and doctors don't care It's more for me because I've always kept things 100% shaved at all times. Besides, it makes me feel atleast .01% sexy, which is a big jump lol

Personally, I just like it better short. It gets that stinky sweat smell if it gets too long due to all the extra secretions so it's better, for me, to keep it shaven.

It's honestly too much work! I cannot be stuffed anymore lol. And I had a bad experience last time I got a wax... Resulted in somewhat of a permanent bruise, and I'm too traumatised to go back lol. I keep it short and neat... When I can be bothered, but I'm not worrying myself too much about it!

I occassionally try to hack my way through the jungle once in a while. It makes me feel better about my scent or general cleanliness. I'm also really afraid i'm going to be all bushy and my plug will come out and get all...stuck. ew.

I use a mirror. I can't do it completely the way I used to even with a mirror but hey it's not so bad. But truthfully, docs really don't care what it looks like down there haha.
