got offended by mw today am I bein silly?

Had my mw appointment today was fine, but when she was measurin my tummy she said have u lost a lot of weight? I said not since pregnant so she said no she meant at some point so I told her yes I was a size 20-22 and I got down to a 12-14, she then said yea u have a lot of saggy skin and started prodding it, now im really self conscious about.it anyway without comments such as that, I said I cqnt get rid of it so she said well exercise does so I told her I used to do 500 sit ups a.night aquacise, gym and pole dancing and I still cant get it to go, she.said have the operation once youv got skinny because it is bad, I wanted to either cry or punch her

Not at all, that is simply outrageous and i'd certainly be complaining about that!

I would be offended! She should only comment on things that concern pregnancy and the baby. Don't you worry about what she said. Congratulations on the weight loss, be proud! x

think I would have just punched her the cheeky bitch, as I know exaclty what you mean I went from a 16 to 8 and have also had a very big baby which stretched my stomach badly and even thin I have a roll of werid saggy bum shaped skin across the bottom of my stomach that i can "tuck" in and I am self concious if she had said that to me I would have been furious!!!!

Omg that is awful she has NO RIGHTS to comment on your skin,that has nothing to do with your pregnancy it also doesnt affect it at all so is none of her god damn business...

i would have refused to see her again after being in floods of tears. they really dont think when they open their mouth sometimes

Argh, that's totally rude of her!!! I have the same thing from a similar amount of weight loss, and i'd be horrified if anyone prodded at it or suggested i have an operation! Very unprofessional of her, i'd complain personally
