Struggling to sleep- blocked up nose

This is really getting me down now! For the last weeks it's like iv had a permanent cold, constantly have t blow my nose- which I can live with, but it's stopping me from sleeping at night. Can't lay down as I just can't bloody breathe. I'm s tired right now but have had to get up as it's too hard staying in bed not sleeping. The thought of beng like this fir another 8 weeks is making me panic. Any tips? My nose is so dry and stuffy in the morning I am struggling to blow it at all

I need my sleep now as soon bubs will be keeping me awake!

I use a saline spray which is safe in pregnancy. I would be lost without it. My sinuses have been a lot worse in this last trimester.

A humidifier with a couple of drops of eucalyptus oil is what finally worked for me. I struggled for probably two months with no relief from anything, and the humidifier was the only thing that helped even remotely. Now I can't sleep without it.

I use a couple of drops of standard nasal spray (afrin or the like) I don't spray it, I found that 'a little dab will do ya' if you will, and I just lie down and drip a tiny bit in each nostril.
