Period Like Cramps Normal?

Well I'm just over 33 weeks and today I'm starting to get mild like period cramps. Is this normal?

Ive just posted a thread with the same problem, Im only 29 weeks though. Someone told me it can be when the head is moving down? I think its a bit too early for me though so im gonna call the midwife!

I have my doctors appointment booked for this Friday 8:30AM, if it stays mild I will just wait till then to ask, I hope it's nothing serious though.

It is probably the head moving down through the pelvis

I would be interested to hear too.. I had pretty intense period-like cramps a few days ago but they went away... I do know that baby is head down now so I'm hoping that's it.

yes it is pretty normal. I have had from about 32 weeks onwards but they should not be severe. If they are check with midwife x

I had them the other day while I was walking around the mall.. that and lower back pain! I was afraid I was going into pre-term labor, but once I got home and put my feet up and relaxed.. I was fine.
