Breast feeding and c sections

If things do go in the way of a c section next week at 34 weeks..... I know there is a strong chance baby will be on tube feeding and I know you can give your breast milk to be put in the tube....
But if I have an emergency c section will my body even produce milk seems as u won't be full term? Xxx

Pretty sure it starts at soon at the placenta is detached from the uterine wall. So it shouldn't matter how early you are

Your body will know that there is no baby inside you and will produce milk, regardless of how far along you are.

I had a c-section at 38 weeks with my first DD (due to breech baby) after I went into labour on my own. My milk did take almost 4 days to come in. Not sure what is normal, but for some people, like myself, it did take a bit longer.

average is three days after birth for Milk to come in, but remember you have colostrum too Once your placenta is detached your body says hey babies out, time to get that milk coming...
