What does it feel like when baby engaged?

I feel very "open" and swollen downstairs with lots of pressure and when I lay down I need a wee every two mins and that's no exaggeration!

Any ideas?

When the baby is engaged, you will have to wee more that before and you will feel alot more pressure in your lower abdomen. For me especially, I noticed I could breathe better b/c she was sitting lower.

i was wondering the same thing as everything feels big and swollen down there (sorry for tmi) but also for the past 2 days i have really been waddling rather than walking and i get quite a lot of pain very low in my pelvic bone it actually feels like a grapefruit sizes rock is resting in my pelvis (i assume this is his head)

I've got all this. Feel swollen, pelvis hurts, feel like I can feel his head in my pelvis but I am only 32 weeks and not due for ages. I suffer from Pelvic Girdle Pain and somedays are worse than others (e.g. he might have moved around a bit alleviating pressure?) Was wondering if at 32 weeks the babby can be engaged or head in the right position already?

my friends baby was head down from 28 weeks and was popping in and out of being engaged until 34 weeks when she stayed engaged so yes they can be at 32 weeks
