The Originall EPO & RLT thread has all the relevant info on the very first page. No need to trawl through it.

However, in answer to your questions (for me personally):
1. I started RLT at 28 weeks cus I like the taste, only one cup a day - will up it to two at 32 weeks.
2. Tea form is supposedly more effective and really doesn't taste that bad, plus it adds to your daily water intake
3. Dunno
4. You can purchase Clipper RLT at big tesco stores and EPO from boots, supermarkets, anywhere

1. I started with 1 cup of RLT a day at 32 weeks, have now upped that to 2 cups a day at 34 weeks. I'm going to start EPO at 35 weeks, there's conflicting views on whether it should be started at 34 or 36 weeks, so I'm going with 35.

2. Tea form is meant to be more effective. I put 1 sugar in it and drink it when it's warm, I don't like it hot and I don't like it cold!

3. Not sure about this one as I'm drinking the tea, sorry...

4. I bought Clipper RLT from Tesco, it was on offer I also bought my EPO tablets from tesco.

I get lots of braxton hicks when I drink RLT so it must be doing something!

I bought RLT from Holland and Barrett, and have been having 2 cups a day since 32 weeks. I'm having 3 a day from tomorrow (36 weeks) and hopefully starting EPO this week too. Not sure how much or how to take it though.
