Anyone else mainly have BH in the evening????

I don't know whether I just don't notice them in the day but can guarantee when I sit down to watch TV of an evening they start up

Just me?

No, I get them every night and they can get really painful and will wake me up all night long. By the time morning hits they slow down. It's driving me crazy!!

Yeah I always get them in the evening, but hardly at all during the day! I read something about it being because baby is more active in the evening, but I don't really understand. I also wondered whether it's because I drink RLT in the evenings. I'm not sure.

They don't wake me up so not sure if I get them in the night or if they're just not painful enough to wake me up

Seem to get them one after another between 7-10ish though, I hope they are actually doing something down there

Yeah I definitely get more in the evening, especially after I've had a shower and a RLT.
And I get them in bed but they don't wake me up.

I really hope they're doing something!

Well in my experience, I had it last time and when I was in labour that pain sort of overtook the hip pain iykwim?? I also laboured in water which probably helped it too

WishingWell I've heard RLT can make them even stronger................And I haven't even started yet, hope they don't make them too bad

xx
