Im not so sure yet. Im quite a modest person the best of times. I will probably cover when I feed because of how modest I am about my breasts. Im not ashamed that my baby is eating, but I wouldnt pop my boobs out in a coffee shop for no reason and let the world see them. So when she's feeding I'll probably put a baby blanket over us.

Yep, I have one. Not because I'm worried about other people being grossed out by it, but, as others have mentioned, for my own sake. I'm not really comfortable with whipping out a boob in public at any point. But definitely a personal choice and don't see anything wrong with either.

I don't agree with feeding your baby in the bathroom..I mean really? we would not feed our dog in the bathroom let alone our tiny little ones..but I do have a thing with women just whipping it out like it is their right not been discreet at all....most women do it in a discreet way but others just plain don't care their boob is hanging there and their attitude sucks about it to boot. I have a problem with those women, no I don't care to see your boob, nor do I care for my kids and my husband to see your boob. I have a problem with those women. Sure we could look away if we were not stuck in a restaurant table with boob swinging mom in front of us.. and my 8 year old nephew going look a bobbie! kind of hard to miss it! lol to the rest of the moms you should be able to breastfeed your peanut anytime and anywhere and don't be ashamed of it

I won't be using one. I think they look ridiculous and they actually attract more attention to what you are doing, whereas otherwise people might not notice.

I have bought a few tops that have openings in them for discreet breastfeeding. I intend to wear those when out and about in very public places. Other than that, I'll just wear a vest under my top. Pull the vest down (especially if it's a breastfeeding vest) and the shirt up and there really won't be much for anyone to see.

Im not sure yet as never BF before but I know I wont be the type that gets my boob out indiscreetly without a thought for anyone else. I wont be feeding my baby in a toilet unless I feel really uncomfortable doing it in public and if that was the case I would likely get a BF cover in any case.

I see plenty of people breastfeeding out and about and really, it isn't a case of sitting there and wapping your tits out. That just doesn't seem to happen. From what I have seen of others doing it, you really can't see anything. If it was a case of sitting there virtually topless I can understand the need to be considerate of others. But usually, if someone is breastfeeding their breast is barely visible and what people are getting het up about is more the "idea" of what they are doing rather than what they can actually see.

In which case, those are the people who need to put a blanket over their heads. Not our babies.

Ive seen that happen (twice now) and it wasnt very pleasant for anyone nor do I see the need. Thankfully its not the norm.

I've no idea what a BF canopy is but I will probably use something to cover up when in public, like other ladies, for my own insecurities not because I'm ashamed.
Definitely will not be feeding in a bathroom/toilet. But don't mind using the feeding rooms in Mothercare.
