I missed you guys!! LOL....it sucked not having a computer! SOO many things have happened....Good and Bad....Ugh....Well first thing is We finally moved into our new place and I feel SOO much better!! Almost liberated...Lol....Its so much spacier and DD can run around outside because we have a YARD! I felt sooooo cooped up in the old apartment Im sooo happy we are here in our House!!!!!! Me and DD even went on a little night walk tonight which was GREAT! Also she had her birthday party today which was cool to be around all the family ..... but exhausting.... Now for the BAD news.....DDs father......(i guess you can call him that) is suddenly trying to get "full custody" of my DD because I left the state with her without permission....yea yea I know...but if you were in my shoes you would too....So I ask myself...How does he go from BARLEY seeing her on his every other weekend visitation to asking for full custody? What an asshole...So I have a court date WAAAAY in California which is A 3 day bus ride on the 13th of April....Ummmm Ill be full term by that time so Idk how the hell I am supposed to travel So hopefully my MW gives me a Medical Note so I can push the court date a month or so more away....but we'll see....if i HAVE to go then I HAVE to go because obviously I will fight to the death for my child....Like Im sure any of you would do So now on Im looking for a lawyer, setting up my new house, and preparing for a baby in May...........Whew!!!!!! Lets do this! LOL.... Sorry so long just needed to let some steam out!!Thanks Ladies!

it's probably not him who wants full custody.. it's usually the guy's mother or new control freak girlfriend; good luck and I hope he doesn't pursue it!

Me and Him have been through this thing twice and its usually always because of his Mom/girlfriend...LOL...So I just think hes playing with this thing and its not too be played with its serious....hes seriously an Asshole!!!! I go to school with a girl who has a 11 year old. NEVER saw child support/nor did he ever come to see her/ NOTHING! Magically the LO's father gets a girlfriend and he's fighting for custody?
he's gonna FAIL. i told her don't even worry about it, it'll never happen.

I know right!!! I mean he NEVER even calls her ! How would he take care of her?? Lol......Im worried of course but only because my kids are my LIFE and worry about every thing that has to do with them......but you guys are right...I seriously cant imagine him getting anything more than his visits(which I never denied him of this) so I really dont understand what goes through his head......I just hope my MW will give me the note because the Last thing I want to do is be on a bus and go into labor!
