I've bought 2 packs of size 1 (so around 60 nappies) and the rest i am buying size 2 until we switch to cloth. We bought loads of size 1 with jayden and he was 8lb 6oz born, they kept leaking until we put him in the size 2's, so i'm not going overboard as this time baby might be abit bigger also as i have GD again x

Ive just got a mix off size 1 and 2 but to be honest I would have thought size 2 would be fine hun.

I'd imagine size 2 would be really baggy around skinny newborn legs, my LO was 8lbs 9oz and we used the size 0 prem nappies for a few weeks before going on to size 1 they were fine on him and fitted perfectly, I'll be taking some size 0 to the hospital with me this time too
