Are you sure it was the baby that tensed up and you're not having Braxton Hicks? Often when I go for long walks/exert myself I set off a bunch of BHs. The pain would concern me though if they don't just feel like regular muscle cramps or strains.
That sounds really uncomfortable & I would call your OB just in case, always better safe than sorry. Are you hydrated? Maybe you didn't have enough water. I read in my book that dehydration can cause contractions and or cramps. good luck hon
I would definitely call....sudden headaches can be (I'm not a dr.!) signs of blood pressure issue and/or pre-eclampsia symptom. Or it could be nothing. But for sure give them a call & hope you feel better soon
