Thanks all, really appreciated, you don't know how helpful you've all been.

I'm going to drink water like it is running out! and maybe get something softening from the pharmacist, if you know what I mean Obviously if bleeding really increases and it gets harder to go I will call GP but I'll try not to let my mind work overtime!

You seem pretty reassured but just to add - I get this too. I've been to the doc about it and it's defintiely just from some stubborn stools. It happens on and off but I'm getting it loads at the moment, just because of the difficulties in passing a decent poop at the moment.

Actually caught myself groaning 'oh FFS get OUT' on the toilet earlier.

It is such hard work passing one like this isn't it. I had such an irrational panic earlier as well that straining too much was somehow going to affect baby! I'm getting paranoid!

Lol at talking on the toilet! It is so annoying isn't it. I'm not used to this as mine are usually really easy and regular, no matter what I eat. I've had it easy!
