I bathed E every 3-4 days as he had sensitive skin, but he'd get a top and tail every day.

Just wondering when your LO's started teething and any tips or miracle solutions to soothe them? xoxo
We use an amber teething necklace and it does seem to help a lot. Also Nelsons teetha (powder) was good. Calpol was our last resort. Sophie Giraffe was a great teething chew toy and as soon as Fin could handle food (we did BLW) we gave him frozen fruit to chew.

I didn't bath until his cord fell off at 10 days. We topped and tailed mostly until he was 4 weeks and then started bathing every night... but in just warm water - no bubbles or soaps as they weren't needed and he was bald as a coot. He did need a bath every day as he suffered awful reflux and would puke on himself all day. Also it REALLY helped set down a bedtime routine.

At about 9 months we started bathing every other night and we still do that now... although still avoid bubbles and just use a little shampoo and baby wash to get the actual toddler grime off him xx

first time i bathed sophie was terrible. I had no idea what i was doing and the nurse who was showing me how to do it kept telling me i was doing it wrong and taking over. Those first couple of baths sophie loved because they were so relaxing- however mum had to go have a shower to wash off the stress sweat I had built up.

Thanks Kitty! Frozen fruit sounds like a good and delicious idea haha. I've ordered a sophie giraffe already as I've heard good things. I've been told to introduce veggies before fruit just in case baby doesn't like veggies after tasting fruit, any body know if there's any truth in that? xo

Sophie Giraffe is the way forward! Unfortunately nothing works for my toddler teething other than biting and I let her have her dummy coz it soothes her. Otherwise dummy is restricted to just nap and bed!
I think the fruit veg thing is just coz the fruit is sweeter so they may develop a sweet tooth so refuse to have anything else. I recommend Annabel Karmel recipe books, my little girl loved them! She eats all her fruit and veg and is not fussy in the slightest. They are really easy to make and the book is really easy to follow for the different stages of weaning xx

Ooh, thanks for the tip! I'll have to have a look on Amazon. I'm so excited for him to start eating solids so I can cook special baby food and use my blender
