I'm getting frustrated now. Been having contractions 10 mins apart since Saturday night, they are not stopping, they don't stop in the bath and they are driving me mad now! Does it mean that I'm not dilating as the contractions are not speeding up?
I went for a long walk yesterday and have been bouncing on my ball, but still they do not speed up. Anyone have any other ideas? I bought some EPO yesterday but not sure how to administer it vaginally?
Seeing my midwife tomorrow but the idea of another day and night like this is so frustrating. Any advice REALLY VERY welcome
OH won't do it, he says he doesn't think he can 'finish' because it seems mechanical rather than passionate... I think he's being a dickhead lol.
Thank you, will try that tonight with the capsule. I can cope with the contractions if I stay busy but what's annoying me most is people calling constantly. Word has got around my family and they keep ringing for an update. Feel like telling them it's stopped just to stop them calling.
Hope yours starts again soon Wishing_well... And with a bit more oomph than mine has
I sympathise I had a slow latent stage from the thursday until the tuesday before I had my son, I suggest walking lots. I'm not sure on dilation, as I was only 4cm dilated when I went to hospital on the Wednesday morning. You just have to go about day to day life. At least you know labour is close. Don't worry this phase will end it's just teasing you goodluck.
