Pink spotting. Anyone else?

So since Saturday i've had pink spotting on and off. Nothing heavy, just sometimes when i wipe, or pink discharge on a pad. I had period like pains too. Went to triage on Monday and told they couldn't see a reason why.

Today the spotting has started again!

Anyone else had this? so frustrating, as i keep thinking it's a sign or labour - then nothing happens!!

I've also had spotting everyday since sunday as my and OH DTD saturday night. I've been have really bad period cramps since then. I also lost my plug last week but so far no sign of baby.

I'm 38 weeks today. I had my first baby 10 days early and everyone keeps telling me that the 2nd one will be even earlier. Fingers crossed he'll make an appearance soon.

could just be down to some slight changes in the cervix (thinning out maybe?) or if youve DTD recently. could even just be a small popped blood vessel which is not uncommon.

if triage were not concerned i wouldnt worry too much.. hopefully its a sign that things are heading in the right direction for you!
