Maybe its all your pelvis and hips relaxing and stretching when you lay down in bed? My pelvis hurts more on my left side when i lay on it but i have SPD, maybe you could have that too? But i get my pain from other things i do during the day too so not just when i'm laying in bed. Probably just everything relaxing hun.
I get pains when I try to sleep too, sometimes in my back sometimes in my lower regions. I don't know if it's right but I tend to not worry as she's generally always kicking at night and unless my waters break or I feel contractions, I tend to relax a little.
i get horrible agonising pain in my hips at night but mainly on my right side, get lower back pain too im tossing and turning all night trying to find a good position...and then when i do, i need the toilet! does my head in xx
I posted about this last week. i was in a lot of pain at night.. a nippy crampy feeling over my lower tummy. I havent had any BH yet but my tummy doesnt go hard.
It only seems to go when I sit or stand up. I tried numerous different pillows and so on so help. I have this small rose cushion and i slip right under belly and it works wonders..I find the pregnancy and normal pillows too bulky but this pillow i put right under me and helped so much. I thought maybe it was the head droppnig to engage??
