Anyone elses LO's hiccup? - Page 2

I remember it used to feel like a jerking. This time over past week or so ive noticed im getting the jerking and what feels like a beating/pulsing inside my tummy does that sounds like hiccups? i tend to get it more nearer the top of my tummy but baby is breech quite a lot x

My LO hiccups most days, usually lasts for about 5 mins! The first few hiccups I'm thinking 'awwww, my poor little baby swallowed some fluid', then after about 3 mins I'm thinking 'he is still hiccupping...', then after 5 mins it's a case of 'STOP WITH THE HICCUPS ALREADY!!' hehe! I don't mind them really, but I do find them rather distracting if I'm working on something!

My LO gets them all the time.. to the point were i'll be asking the midwife about it today

Lily hiccups 2-3 times a day. I used to think it was cute. Now with the lack of sleep it's irritating.

i dont think hiccups feel as strong as movement and kicks :s
anyone feel them same as me jerking and like a beating pulsing feeling?

it is jerking and pulsing but since I am 38 weeks and Lily is head down it is alot stronger than when I was say 30 weeks.

well it must be hiccups im feeling then. it was never as strong as kicks or movement with my other two though.

no no it's not as strong as kicks or punches, but it is a bit stronger than the light taps i had when i was around your stage. it's probably the hiccups you're feeling

Yeah ive not had any light taps for about 10weeks lol.

what was the light taps you felt? hiccups?

last time i noticed hiccups before about a week ago was about 20weeks. so i didnt get a whole lot then. but my first she had lots of hiccups before now but my second wasnt too much.

She hiccups now and again, I think it's so freaking cute! I also love watching her practice to breathe, seeing my belly go up and down is just so comforting
