How long do you have to do it for?? And how do you actually do it?? Just sit there twiddling?!

Xx
I have read that you need to do it for at least an hour, but the effect was immediate for me! Yes I just twiddled on one at a time lol but 10 mins was my limit as it started to get sore!
I read you need to stimulate them for 3 hours! Sod that.....mine have become sore again over the last few days so even a 5 min tweak in the bath is painful...
3 hours! Man alive! They would surely drop off!

I should be on the "DONE 40 weeks and nothing!" thread! Lol I hate the wait!! I dont know why my babygirl wont come out, or my body wont let her. Either way its super depressing and after every last thing Ive tried to get a move on, Iv decided not to do anything anymore. Yes I GIVE UP! lol Its sunday right now and if I dont have her by this friday Ill be induced. Hoping her royal laziness (said in the most loving way possible) will make an appearance before then! I want to hold her and kiss her! So My advice is honestly do not depress about it if your late, I did all week and still nothings changed. Just take comfort in knowing (s)he is so comfortable, but cant stay in there for much longer. GOOD LUCK to all the overdue mothers, I know we all need it in these hard times!

It's the 'not knowing' that gets to me. I'm very impatient anyways so I should try and chill out more! How's everyone feeling?? Any twinges??

Feeling ok, accepting that i might go overdue now!! I'm not to concerned about being overdue but my daughters birthday is on the 17th, which is when the midwife booked me for a sweep!! So still hoping baby comes before!! No signs for me yet, how is everyone else? x

No signs for me really.
Just doing lots of bouncing on my ball lately - just makes me really need the toilet and makes baby stab my cervix.
Talking of cervix's, mine feels very soft atm so hopefully my sweep on wednesday might do something!

Come on babies!

I hope so! My D-Day has come and gone and no matter how rational you are, it's an anti-climax when it doesn't happen. I spent yesterday feeling very hormonal! But feeling much better today, my patience has returned Well, sort of.

I am so desperate for this baby to arrive...been having false contractions for over a week now and it is always such an anticlimax. Not having any idea what is going to happen is the most frustrating thing ever. Grrrr come on babies!!!
