Stretchmarks? - Page 2

i had the first ones on my boobs when i was about 16 weeks and they've gotton worse ever since. ive got loads on my hips since 20 weeks and recently have got some on my bum (when i was 30 weeks)

im 31 weeks and have just got a few on my stomach, very light though. I thought i was going to make it the whole way through with none

i do however have some pretty bad on my right breast and very very light on my left oddly enough, which only showed up about the same time as the ones on my stomach which was about 3 days ago.

Mine showed up at 36/37 weeks, never had them before but i have gone from a size8 to a size 12 even though i have not put on much weight ( i seem to be all bump) they are quite low down on bump and not tooo dark and only showed up when baby dropped down.

I lie in wait for them. I have no illusions that I will get through without getting any!
I expect they will make their appearance in the near future! I'm guessing by 34/35 weeks I will see them...

I use bio oil every morning and OH massages bump with moisturiser every night in bed but though this is meant to help, it won't prevent them completely unfortunately!

You can get them at any point, i think its most common to get them from 30 weeks onwards. I got them really late last time and its also not uncommon to get them when your tummy shrinks (especially if your belly goes down really quickly!).

I wouldn't worry about it though, they fade quickly

I had none until 35 weeks. Even then they wasn't too bad. But they are now

Over the past say, 2 weeks. I've just been attacked by them! So you wont really know until the very end if you're going to get them or not.

I am nearly 36 weeks.. and I don't have any.. anywhere *Touch Wood*.
I am hoping I don't get them, but I might. I thought I would of by now if I was due to get them.

I got minimal ones in one side before 30 weeks, then gradually they started to appear really small on other side. In the last 4 weeks or so they've just appeared so much more. In the last week or so they're everywhere! Riddled with them!
Used bio oil twice a day from pretty much beginning too. Don't think there's much you can do to stop them tbh.

I had none til I hit 32 weeks and then they all came and now at 38 weeks more climbing higher. What's the big deal? It's part of pregnancy and some get them some don't. They fade really quick after birth too. I see them as beauty marks but everyone is different.
