Fybogel is safe when preggers. Drink lots of water too as that helps it loosen. x

hahaha i would recommend castor oil just to annoy a certain someone on here. No i'm joking, don't take it this early, not a good idea. But i'd just go into tesco or a local pharmacy and ask what they recommend. Problem is though, a lot of pharmacists won't sell medications to pregnant women, i couldn't even buy anything for my cold Doctors can prescribe you with rather a lot though, so maybe try your gp? xxx

You can get prunes in apple juice at the cooperative. Should get you results within a couple of hours. You have my sympathy, it's miserable!

I've been having bran flakes for breakfast, orange juice with my lunch & dinner and having 1 tablespoon of linseeds a day. Also eating plenty of fruit/vegetables xx
