B&M have them for about £7 but you will need a pump to pump it up. x

I got one off amazon, I went for a birthing ball rather than a gym ball, mainly coz it had instructions on use pre preg, in labour and afterwards and also is non slip non burst and it had sizes to blow it up to for how tall you are, I love it, been using it last couple of nights it was 15 or 18 quid delivered with a pump from amazon, came next day as well!!!

My OH get mine off amazon also.
But if you don't want to wait for delivery, they do them in Argos and Tesco had some last week, dunno if they will have them in your store.

Make sure you get the right size ball for your height, it's quite important for balance etc. I found this guide to help:

http://www.babycentre.co.uk/pregnanc...-birth-ball/#4

Though from looking at other sites, I'd add in that if you're shorter than 5ft5, get a 55cm ball.
