Says that you can start drinking one cup from 32 weeks, the capsules can be broken apart to make tea, so I'm going with one cup or capsule a day until I get to 36 weeks, then I'll start upping to dosage to 3 cups a day.
The Heath and Heather teabags are much yummier than the loose leaf - I found the loose leaf a bit gross but I love the teabags.
Some people say it's safe to start little by little at around 32 weeks and whack up your dosage by 37 weeks. You'll find different advice everywhere - I started with one cup at 35 weeks, two at 36, three at 37 and now I have 3-4 cups a day.
Ill definately be using it again!! Although ill be drinking the tea as I love it haha. Ill be waiting a few weeks yet but wont be leaving it until 37 weeks! I didnt use it that late before and had a nice labour (well as nice as can be!) xx
