I am a bit late introducing my new baby boy he was actually born 2 weeks ago today.

Thurs 22-3-12 So i went for my 36 week check being 36+6 wks, MW checked my fundal height and was concerned that i had dropped off the chart so she phoned and arranged for me to hace a growth scan the next day as i was 37 wks that day.
Frid 23-3-12 Scan was on the friday at 10am and scan lady estimated Wigglet to weigh roughly 5lbs, she refered me to see the consultant in the labour triage bit. After waiting a long time i was finally seen by triage midwife @ 12pm monitored and then had to wait until 4pm to be seen by the consultant who said that although there was good blood flow from palcenta to baba he was concerned that it may not be feeding baba enough so decided he wanted me in that night to monitor me and induce me. I was allowed home for a couple of hours to get some things together, i was back at the hospital and on the maternity ward by 6.30pm. There were no beds for me to go straight to labour ward.
Sat 24-3-12 Was taken down to labour ward at 5am had checks and canuler but in then pessary inserted at 6am, then all day sat had strong period type pains also moitored regularly.
Sun 24-3-12 Checked at 6am again pessery needed to stay until 3pm but i was examined and had a sweep and was 2cm dialated. pains were getting stronger. 3pm was rechecked and was 3cm dialeted, monitered regularly. just had to wait for a delivery suit to become avialable. Went for a walk round hospital grounds when i returned delivery suit was available this was roughly 7ish. Monitored and checks done. at 9.30pm my waters were broke, @ 11.23pm my beutiful baby boy was born. He had to have help with the cap on his head as his heart rate dropped ( and i kept trying to squeeze him back in ) i only had the gas and air and that was only for 20mins.
