How do you sleep?

I was reading the other day that sleeping on your left side is better for you and the baby.. and sleeping on your back or right side is bad..
I sleep however i can get comfortable is that bad?
How do you sleep?

I sleep however I'm most comfortable. I usually start out on my right side but switch to my left, back or even half on my tummy still. I have trouble sleeping on my left side much because both of my arms and sometimes my right hip will fall asleep. I don't have those problems on my right side.

I sleep on whichever side is comfortable.. it gets so hard to sleep towards the end that you stop caring about what the books say, haha.

I start out on my left, but I normally wake up on my back or on my right. If i've been having a dizzy day, though, I prop pillows behind me to make rolling over in my sleep more difficult.

I start on my left, wake up an hour or so later to pee or because severe hip pain, then flip back to my right side. This continues throughout the night. Left to right then back again. Can't breathe on my back and I think because my belly is like a ball laying on my stomach wouldn't work...plus I'm honestly too afraid to lay on my stomach.

I think I got really lucky for the stomach sleeping at 7 months. It's certainly harder than before, but I mostly lay on my front left side with my right leg up and bent. It keeps me off my actual belly but allows me an extra sleeping position. It doesn't usually last too long these days, though.

My dr told me that the choice of right/left side does not matter so much as not laying flat on your back.....I usually have to fall asleep on my right side, laying on my left makes me feel ill and like I'm suffocating....

yesterday morning I woke up on my back and I was choking!
