Any 2nd/3rd etc mummies had an anterior lip during previous labours??

Ugh. I am starting to panic about the pushing part!!!
I had a pretty quick labour last time, but when it got to the pushing i was given the go ahead to start and then after about half an hour was told to stop because i had an anterior lip.
I obviously couldn't stop myself pushing so they quickly gave me an epidural to stop the feeling but THAT failed so they decided to let me start pushing again and i got LO out after 2 hours, just as they were about to start proceedings to take me to theatre for the forceps

Is it unlikley to happen again?!?!? I've read conflicting stuff. Some saying that it's only likely to happen with a first birth and others saying if its happened once your body is more likely to cause it to happen again

Anyone with any advice? Also, does it normally only happen with back to back babies or can it happen no matter what position they are in?
