Awww..don't be hard on yourself hun! I totally know what you are going through...my son is over 2.5yrs old...and the days that I feel the worst are the days that he is on my last nerve...into everything...talking non stop...whining etc etc. Hang in there...you are a good mom...its difficult being pregnant with an active toddler to run after all day!! Hugs!!!

I am normally cool as a cucumber but earlier today a new guy at work emailed me to ask what my return-to-work date was so he could put it in his calendar. I nearly flipped my lid, I know he was being conscientious but in my head I was like 'I've not even had my baby yet and you're making me quantify what will probably be the hardest day of my life, when I have to split my time between work and my lovely little baby?!?!'. I just replied 'leave starts on the 16th and I'll be gone for seven weeks so whatever that works out as', which is as bitchy a reply as I can do in a professional environment.

Still sticking in my craw.

Everything and everyone, the slightest little noise, the slightest bit of mess, the slightest disturbance to my being and I am ready to slaughter. I swear to God I don't know what's wrong with me. Can feel the tears brewing too, I suppose I'm just waiting for something to start them off!!
