Cant sleep with spd...

I used to wake up at times turning during the night or when im sleeping.
For past week everytime i move or turn in my sleep i wake up and can feels like my legs are being pulled apart really sore.

past few nights i've slept maybe 2 hours each night and even during the day cant sleep long before i get woke up turning and with the pain. anyone found anything that helps. have a dream gennii but that dont help much thease days. dont wanna be taking meds or painkillers all time though.

do you just have to get on with it?

Unfortunately, yes.

I can't turn over in bed so I'm always completely numb by morning but it's just too painful to move. My consultant suggested codeine at night but I'm allergic to it so not an option!

I find a thinner pillow between my knees more comfortable than my big pregnancy pillow.

You'll power on through because you have to. sometimes I find I'm so tired i can't help but fall asleep. Hope you get a good night soon xx

You will cope hopefully you will get a massive relief from it once you give birth, that's what I focus on.

I have been the same, I have had to start having a warm bath before I can to bed, and take some paracomtal. I have also had to start sleeping in a more up right position, with a big pillow behind, but I know you shouldnt sleep on your back, so I kind of sleep sat up, it has helped the past few nights, so im hooping for the same. This is my 2nd pregnancy and really struggling, never in a million years did I think it would be worse than my 1st x only well not too long to go now, i think once i finish work next weds, i will start to feel so much better, even though my little girl is 3 hope ur all feeling better soon x x
