Grapes

Ok people now don't but today i went to buy some grapes and my mom went nuts her words were " do you want to go into labour?". So after me looking at her like she was a looney i asked why and she said her and my nan swear by grapes to start labour ????????? So i phoned my nana and she says it's like castor oil but nicer, the grapes if enough are eaten give you the runs and aggrevate your insides which can bring on labour. I don't know if it's true but they say it worked for them, i say where's the harm in trying? Tasty and healthy so can't go wrong.
Sorry it's a pointless and strange thread but thought i'd share it with you as if it does work then we may get some of you ladies going xx

Good luck to all the ladies due around now or overdue xx

Never heard the grape theory - thought it was going to be a piles thread

I don't understand why women give themselves a bad stomach to go into labour because surely you'd have a bad stomach to contend with as well as labour.. Can't be good?! Unless it clears before labour really gets going?
