Mine has ups and downs. Some days I have problems with my inner thighs and my hips, and some days I don't. But ever since I was about 38 weeks it feels like there is a bowling ball in between my legs, such intense pressure but I am assuming thats from her pushing down/engaging.

Mine are sometimes like this - I notice it mostly if I've been up and about a lot, or walking up and down the stairs.

I have on and off days , main pain is getting in and out of car and bed. I went physio and they gave me a belt but I don't do such long activities that I'd need to wear it.

5 more weeks or less till baby is here hopefully won't get worse!!

Right now I am trying to get her out lol so I am trying to do more stuff so am in more discomfort/pain but earlier in my pregnancy I found that taking hot baths helped alot, and resting with my legs up helped too. Sleeping at night with a pillow between my knees also helped. I got OH to massage my knees and my feet and still do now. And sometimes my hip on my backside. Other than that I have suffered since 23 weeks
