Recently my legs feel so heavy, like ive weights attached to them. i am finding myself limping at times and at night when i turn in bed it feels like my legs are so heavy as well as my pelvis being really sore. any1 else get this withn their legs? im dreading doing school runs next week when kids go back its a long walk and walking round the house limping is sore.
Mine has ups and downs. Some days I have problems with my inner thighs and my hips, and some days I don't. But ever since I was about 38 weeks it feels like there is a bowling ball in between my legs, such intense pressure but I am assuming thats from her pushing down/engaging.
yeah i never felt that mine never were engaged. i do feel pressure pushing down a lot this time though (although he has been breech for a good while)
do you find anything that helps? its so difficult to sleep, walk anything atm lol praying it doesnt get any worse.
Right now I am trying to get her out lol so I am trying to do more stuff so am in more discomfort/pain but earlier in my pregnancy I found that taking hot baths helped alot, and resting with my legs up helped too. Sleeping at night with a pillow between my knees also helped. I got OH to massage my knees and my feet and still do now. And sometimes my hip on my backside. Other than that I have suffered since 23 weeks
