Hey hun, iv been takin it for the past few weeks and at my last check (last week) I was told my cervix is very "favourable" which Im guessin is a good thing, so the EPO tablets could be the reason. I cant usually take big tablets, or even paracetamol actually lol, but have found the EPO tablets very easy to take - i think its cause theyr like the liquid tablets, like squidgy and not hard like normal tablets so just slurp down easier? Lol. Good luck xxx
i use it! impast 38 weeks now so i can take 2000mg a day but before that was only 1000mg and im also not good swollowing tablets so....
i bought just the 500mg tabs as they are much smaller and i would take one every morning orally and one at bed time inserted as far in as i could manage, the reason idid this was because once the soft shell melted the oil tends to just dribble out esp if your having to move loads to get comfy and getting up to pee every 2 1/2 mins so i thought having one in morning too would at least do some good.
i have found it to be really good so far i had a check up yesterday im only 1 cm and my cervix is still really far back and thick but she said its very very soft so when these real contractions finally start to kick in my 'early phase' should be over quite quickly.
Hope it helps you and if nothing else you will have really shiny hair its natural so nothing really to lose by not trying it i say! xx
