Clary sage oil, Does it work or just smell REALLY bad???

so i have been using clary sage oil but not regular just when i remember, until today when i suddenly decided i would remember to use it so, i have put about ten drops in my bath water and have rubbed 5 drops mixed with 15 drops of baby oil into my bump twice today and plan o do it 3 times a day

This stuff stinks!!!! Does it work??? What exactly is it meant to do i thought strengthen my uterus is that right?

am i using enough/ too much and am i using it in the correct way???

any success stories would be lovely to hear!

Be careful with it as It can apparently Hyper Stimulate the uterus and cause painful contractions that lead no where.
I used it last time and I liked the smell but I've read stuff since that's kind of put me off xx

Sorry?
It causes contractions and should be used by a proper aromatherapy practitioner. I used to put 2-3 drops in my bath with my last pregnancy but it didn't do anything for me.
Should really be mixed with a carrier oil if you massgae into your tummy.
There used to be a lady on here who knew loads about using oils etc, but cant remember her name xx
