Anyone else just feel guilty about not eating healthy enough? Silly rant.

I'm kind of a health nut and you may have read my other thread about feeling too lazy to cook lately. Well, now.. I am eating junk just because im too overwhelmed to go to the store and cook.
I have a green smoothie every day but today I had fast food and I hate myself for it. Im used to healthy food and I feel so yucky.
No point to this thread. Just venting about how hard it is being big and lazy.
Today I ate:

Apple
Cinnamon Oat cereal
Granola bar

Fast food chicken chalupa (chicken, lettuce, cheese and tomato in a fried bread)
Quesadilla with too much cheese and grease!!

Dont know what I'll have for dinner but I hope I have the motivation to make sure its healthier than my lunch was.

Do any of you ladies go through phases when junk food is just too hard to resist?
What are your guilty pleasures?
I enjoy cheese too much and ice cream.

I am right there with you. I love, love, LOVE sweets and baked goods. I can't get enough. I try to limit it to a treat a day, per the advice of my midwife, but it's hard.

I think it's okay to eat a bit badly in moderation. The important thing is that you get your nutrients in addition to the crap. I try to eat a lot of fruit and veggies to suppliment my need for sugar. On some days I'm more successful than others.

Thanks ladies. Definitely helps hearing your advice and knowing I'm not the only one who has struggled having perfect self control.

I had Oreos and Chips ahoy for breakfast. My sugar cravings rule my appetite!
Maybe ice cream for lunch?

I don't have a problem with this. I don't eat fast food and have no desire too. That being said I think it's perfectly ok to indulge once in a while. Dont beat yourself up. I always cook my meals still being almost 39 weeks. Every once in a while (1-2 times a month) OH will get me a treat like a small bag of mini eggs or an ice cream cone.

That's great. You must not mind cooking?

I don't mind it NOW. In first and most of second tri I was so severely sick with hyperemesis that I couldn't go into the kitchen or even open the fridge and needed to be pretty much bed ridden or as close to the bathroom as possible. OH loves it when I cook so it's win-win he will be the one cooking once she is here though!
