Glucose 1 hr test- felt a bit weird after drinking drink. Bad sign?

Did anyone feel shakey and jittery after they drank the glucose drink? I'm afraid this means I'm gonna fail.

Well, you went from fasting to drinking sugar water...huge spike in blood sugar. That's normal...you should have a headache and probably the shakes, but the test itself is to see if your body will compensate with insulin.

I felt that too and my results were normal. It's just a lot of sugar at once for your body to process!

Same here! I was jittery and passed

Oh, and my LO was kicking like crazy for the rest of the day for all that sugar

I was the same as you..shaky and slightly dizzy. Felt kinda out of it (I had the 2hr test)...my last pregnancy same thing and I passed! I haven't gotten the results for this glucose test yet...but I'm pretty sure I passed!

eeek... that test was bloody horrible!
