It was lovely! So relaxing I had 2 strong BH while she was doing my feet! I've had a few more since and the general achy back and low abdomen pain is still there so you never know. I hope madam decides to come on her own soon!

Just ate half a jar of chillies too. Now going to bounce on my ball. Here's hoping...x

Any more Symptoms for you

If it works, I'll be booking an appointment!

I've got a really achy back, period cramps and had some weird watery browny-red discharge earlier.
Fingers crossed for us both!

Hey, I'm just lurking here to find out what's in store for me later on in the year... can someone tell me what a sweep is though, I've not heard of it before?

Good luck to you all, hope your LO's decide to come soon

"Membrane sweeping is done by your midwife or doctor. While internally examining you, she will simply "sweep" a finger around your cervix (neck of your womb). The aim is to separate the membranes around your baby from your cervix. This releases hormones called prostaglandins, which may kick-start your labour. "
