I can't help but symptom spot! I've had back ache but idk about bh. I thought I had them and recognized them but I had some during a nst and they didn't show up so maybe I was wrong? This is my first, so I may just be feeling normal pg symptoms for my stage but I swear he is on his way out. I feel like I will go into labor at any moment! Or just wishful thinking.

I'm sure nothing will be happening yet but I've been having tons of BH and tons of cramping. Lower back ache. LO is head down but not yet engaged. 1cm, 50% effaced but we'll see what happens. I have another appointment on Tuesday morning and I'm hoping to be told I've dilated or effaced some more.
That's exactly what I was at 36 weeks with my son (1cm, 50% effaced) and I delivered him at 37 wks 5 days. Maybe you're close!

I'm only 34 weeks so no real symptom spotting for me just yet, but I enjoy reading symptoms of all of you who are a few weeks ahead of me.

Im 36w now too! Haven't had an internal yet, so I don't know how my cervix is looking, but yesterday LO was 2/5th engaged, so thats something at least! No other symptoms yet - my pre-pregnancy upper back pain is getting worse with the extra weight out front, but no lower back pain! I notice a few BH most days, but they haven't started getting worse yet! The last 3 or 4 days I've been getting sharp pains in my bump when I am walking, but they definitely aren't cramps, they feel like the strething pains I had in 2nd tri, so I don't think they are labour related!

That would be LOVELY! Hahaha.

Two nights ago and yesterday morning OH & I dtd for the first time since October or so. It didn't hurt which was a relief and didn't last long which was even better! I had some blood-tinged CM throughout the day on and off but seems to have subsided. I went to the bathroom (#2) a few times which is a big change from normal and I had some cramping and a few sporadic contractions throughout the day but all seems to have calmed down. Hopefully it means there's been a change in my cervix but I won't find out until tomorrow morning at my appointment.

I know I'm not quite 37 weeks yet but it's so close and I'm getting so impatient!

My symptoms:

-loose stools, like 3 or 4 a day for about a week. I have no idea how I am gaining weight, as everything that goes in seems to be coming right back out.

-for about 48 hours my boobs have been tender and kinda tight (don't know how else to describe it). Different than how they have ever felt before.

I was 36 weeks yesterday and am scheduled for a c-section at 37+4 (earlier classical c-section...docs don't want me to really go into labor on my own for concern of uterine rupture). I shouldn't be impatient, but I am! I have older kids (17,16, and 13). Trying to coordinate their schedules to this baby's arrival is driving me nuts. Between dealing with track meets, proms, class trips, exams, etc. there is not a single spot on the calendar where one kid doesn't have a conflict of some kind. Being the micro manager I am, it is driving me nuts! But, all will be well.....this baby will either come on the 25th or before. As far as symptom spotting, I don't feel like I have any. My lower back does hurt, but only have I do pretty heavy housework. I may have experienced 1/2 dozen BH contractions this past week or so.

Sorry I have rambled so much...just excited that I'm 36 weeks too .

Good luck to all you ladies!!!
