35 week scan and baby is head down

Hi ladies. Been a member on here for a while, used the forum more with my first (who's now 13 months) and just about to have our 2nd in May. Anyway, because our 1st was low birth weight and I'm on medications I had to have growth scans and today I had my last one.
I remember the last growth scan at around 35 weeks with my son Kai and I remember being able to see his face as he wasn't far down yet but THIS baby is so far down they couldn't measure his head ~(which wasn't too much of an issue).
Anyway, baby is fine but the ultrasound technician couldn't tell me if he was engaged or how far. (frustrating!!) I feel like he's about to come really soon just cos the pressure is really intense and I've been having BH, though I'm not sure I really want that quite yet (if he could wait a couple weeks until he's full term) just because my son Kai was in the NNU for a while and it's just horrible being stuck in there for weeks.
Anyway, is anyone else 35 weeks and is thier baby head down engaged yet?

Your MW can check how far your baby is engaged

My baby has been 2/5 engaged for a week now

anxiously waiting to see the MW next week to see if he's moved lower, certainly feels like it!

Hi, this one has been head down since 20 weeks. I've had a number of scans and at my last one at 34.5 weeks baby had her head burrows so far down on my pelvis we could only see her ear! I saw my midwife at 36 weeks who said she wasn't engaged, I told her about the scan and she said with second babies they can pop in and out of being engaged up until you are in labour.

I can tell when she's engaged because I feel like she's going to fall out however when she's not she really hurts my ribs xx
