That must have been a surprise. 30 weeks isn't too bad and I bet she just enjoys scaring you. Hopefully she'll still be there in seven weeks lovely. xxx

Hey good to hear your LO is staying put for the moment

Just a little reassurance though if things do develop my son was born at 30wks exactly weighing 3lb 3oz and is a happy, healthy preschooler with no effects of being early. 30wks is a good gestation I know not ideal but noneless good! Good luck xx

And rt.. that is VERY reassuring. And happy to hear he is good and healthy! I am sitting around waiting for the next 7 days to find out if I'm in the 3% who will deliver and after that who knows what will happen.

did they say anything about being able to feel the babies head? i can feel my boys head right before my cervix and i have tons of pressure and back pain ... but no contractions besides occasional BH

Yes, the on call doctor checked to see if I was dilated and he could feel her head. And they were picking up my contractions on the machine. The nurse said that BH should be tightening of the uterus without pain, just uncomfortable. Mine were tightening and period-type pains. If he is that low you should probably just monitor them.. if they start to get painful at all go to the hospital. I was told I should have came about 20 hours earlier than I did.
