Dropped at 30 weeks?!

This is my first time posting here, so congratulations to everyone! I am due on June 21. I didn't find out until I was almost 22 weeks pregnant but had lots of dreams of having a premature/tiny baby girl. And we are having a girl! But I am very worried about her being early. She has been head down since before our first ultrasound at 23 weeks, and the latest one at 26 weeks she was head down with her back to my stomach in the ideal birthing position and she hasn't moved from that since. Last week people started saying it looked like I had dropped already. But today, my belly is a lot lower and it is causing me to waddle and walk very slowly from the pressure. I am not 100% sure she has dropped since it's my first pregnancy, but from what I've read it seems like it. I am also having braxton hicks that almost had me convinced they were real for the last 2 days. Is this something to call my doctor over, and should I be worried? Or is this a normal thing? Any help or experiences would be nice because I am worrying to death over having this baby too early!

My OB told me that you can drop and then "undrop" several times. I've dropped, "undropped" and then dropped again, and then dropped some more and I'm still here and as far as I know, nowhere near delivery.

It sounds normal to me. Babies can drop and move back out tons of times until they drop for good. And the more you worry or stress the more of a chance you have to go into premature labor so try to stay calm and enjoy your pregnancy. GL

Okay, thanks everyone! I already have a feeling she would be early.. but I was hoping closer to 37 weeks at least , so happy to know she can move back up still
And that's exactly how I feel too, I thought she was just going to fall out today lol I'm okay with her doing whatever she wants, as long as she isn't premature that is.

Yes, 22 weeks.. I had no symptoms until I felt movement so I went to the hospital and found out. I didn't start showing until 24 weeks and am still pretty small (poor girl is crowded in there!) Thank you, and you too

I thought lily was coming early too, she was carrying low early on but nope I'm still here 6 days from my due date. Carrying low has nothing to do with when they will come. Just try to relax, and congrats on your pregnancy

Aw, Lily is a beautiful name! I am just worried from having lots of dreams of her being tiny before I even knew I was pregnant. But I'm just going to have a good meal and relax. Thanks everyone for letting me know I'm not about to have a baby fall out of me!

Thank you try not to look into the dreams too much. I have had weird dreams my whole pregnancy! And she has felt so low before too but ended up moving back up. So try not to worry

Just wanted to leave an update. Contractions started lasting 60 seconds and were 20 minutes apart so went up to hospital.. they rushed me up to the maternity ward and got me hooked up to machines. After being there for 2 hours, they got to 10 minutes apart and got much more painful, but weren't lasting as long. They did a test to see how likely it would be that I would go into labour and there is a 97% chance I won't have her in the next 7 days. The doctor checked and I wasn't dilated but he could feel her head right there.. she can't get any lower. If any tiny thing happens I have to rush back up. So if anyone ever feels slightly off or has any worries.. go straight to the hospital. They said they would rather have me there 100 times and send me home than send me to a bigger hospital to deliver a premature baby. Better safe than sorry!
