The 'I can't sleep' support thread

God I am so bored, even though it's not even 5am and I should be asleep, but I can't switch off. I just want to get up and do something! I am excited to go shopping in the morning, I am excited to show people I fit my car seat myself.

I also feel sick and can't get comfy.

Anyone else?

Me!! It varies as for reasons but mostly it's this insane carpal tunnel that my pregnancy has graced me with. Since I can only sleep on my sides, I wake up with pain radiating all the way up the arm on the side that I'm laying. I wear a brace on the worst side. I hope I am one of the lucky ones who have it go away after delivery!
Last night, however, I had horrible wisdom tooth pain. It's been bad all day, too. I'm hoping for a less painful night than last night! Good luck sleeping!

I guess I sleep, but its in 2 hour intervals and in those 2 hours I dream CRAZY dreams, or change positions and have to get up and go potty. OR my hips hurt SO bad. 11pm here, and doing lots of laundry Good thread!

Me. Granted, it's only 9:55pm here, but it'll be just like every other night since I got knocked up lol. First it was puking and the room spins ALL NIGHT LONG, second, it was the puking and the room spins until that went away and was immediately replaced by RLS, then third, it's been this constant feeling that my hips are collapsing in on each other, and the peeing every ten seconds.

I am looking forward to an hour of sleep every two hours. it's gotta be better than this, man.

I have had to take benadryl a few nights just to get some sleep so I could function the next day. My hips hurt after 20 minutes and have to flip over a hundred times a night at least. I have a kick ass mattress and every pregnancy pillow available. It was the same way with my second pregnancy too. If its not my hips keeping me awake, its my thoughts of baby.

Sounds awful.

My hips really hurt, I wanna sleep on my back so much but can't, the toilet breaks are the worst though, guaranteed to not sleep once I've been up. It takes me an age to get out of bed, I'm like an upside down bug lol.
