I had an elective scan today because I really wanted to see my baby again and get some good pictures of him and some other reasons. Well, the sonographer was just kinda off putting and she didnt even go the whole 30 minutes like it was supposed to be. Also, the pictures just arent good. I had a scan with my first son at this exact same gestation at the same hospital and the pictures are great so I am just kinda disappointed.

Also, I was very near polyhydramnios with my son and the dr told me in hindsight that it was probably due to the fact that he had down syndrome (we didnt know until he was born) so now this ultrasound showed that I am once again very near polyhydramnios again. I had a NT scan to test for down syndrome and all looks good, but I did not have an amnio so nothing is 100%. It just worries me. This baby had no markers at all but my first son didnt really either so its just so worrisome. I love my son to death and he is such a blessing, down syndrome or not but I just cant go through the surprise shock again.

Here are the best scan pictures. Do you think they are any good? I just was so excited for this appointment and left feeling like I just wanted to cry. I feel so bad complaining but maybe its just pregnancy hormones...

They aren't 100% clear, but clear enough to make baby out. Hope all is well with LO.

He looks very handsome and happy in there. I really hope that everything is okay with him. Try not to worry (I know this is easy for me to say), enjoy the pictures and the fact that you have what looks like a very handsome little man inside of you

They may not be all that clear but you got to see your little man in there! My poor baby was being smashed down because he wouldn't move. His ultrasound pictures came out looking kind of funny. Your son is adorable. Try not to stress.
