Bloody show - Page 2

With ds1 I started losing my plug on the Tuesday and didn't go into labour til the Sunday.

Looks like it may be a few days max. Though I've heard of ladies losing theirs weeks before

pleeeeease let it be days! X

I had some spotting on Thursday morning that was brown and kind of watery. Then it got a bit thicker and red as the day went on then brown again by Friday morning. Went to l&d to get checked and there was just the tiniest spot of blood and now it's really intermittent. It's like throughout te day it's clear, then brown blood then a bit more red. I'm all kinds of confused as to what my body thinks it's doing.

i had bloody show easter monday mine was more brownie too than red and was only a little blob then thursday 12.4 i had loads of clear jelly and yesterday morning and afternoon lots and lots of jelly - clear again!
im still pregnant and getting more bitter by the day! been contracting thou for the last few hours but not painful yet so not getting excited!

With my first my waters broke at midnight went into hosp to be checked n mw pulled out my show eww n I was aleady in established labour.

With this one I ha a sweep on a thurs, lost some show around 6 hours later lost more in the night maybe 5 hours later and a few contractions labour started on the Friday n I had her early hours Saturday morn.

If u are losing your show n your not sure, trust me you wil no for sure when it 'globs' out hehe

Ahh well, I've not had anything else since about 1pm, so I've gone back to not expecting anything to happen soon.

i didnt have mine til i was in labour! i contracted in bed from 3am - 7am (then damn cocodamol made them stop), when i got up at 11am and peed, i lost my plug which was a big clear glob. then at 1pm i had my sweep, where she told me I was 4cm and when she removed her hand she brought a load of bloody show with it! from when she did the sweep i immediately had contractions start up again, was stuck at 4cm for 12hrs, then at 6cm waters broke, then at 5.43am my daughter was born.

sorry that was kinda more of a birth story! lol xxx
