RLT Capsules, quick question?

I started these last Sunday when I was 32 weeks, started with 1 a day, today am 33 so increasing to 2 and every week I will increase by 1 until I reach maximum dose of 6 capsules per day. Now my question is should these capsules be spread out throughout the day or am I able to take them all at the same time? I took 2 2gether today but what do you ladies think? Xx

thank you!! Dnt want 2 get 2 like 6 tablets a day and take them altogether if nt supposed 2! Mayb if nobody knws i wil just do half and half, when i get up and b4 bed x x

No idea. Are the tablets as good as the tea?

this is how I take it .....hth

32 weeks - 1 RLT tab in the AM.
33 weeks - 1 RLT tab in the AM, 1 in the PM.
34 weeks - 2 RLT in the AM, 1 in the PM
35 weeks - 2 RLT in the AM, 2 in the PM
36 weeks - same RLT as above, 1 EPO orally in the AM
37 weeks - same RLT as above, 1 EPO orally in the AM, 1 EPO vaginally in the PM
38 weeks - same RLT as above, 2 EPO orally in the AM, 1 EPO vaginally in the PM
39 weeks 'till baby arrives - same RLT as above, 2 EPO orally in the AM, 2 EPO vaginally in the PM

I have no idea if they are as good as the tea but I dnt think there is any chance of me being able to drink the tea ( dnt really drink hot drinks anyway ) and its just easier for me to remember the capsules. I must admit tho, since I've started the capsules I've noticed a massive increase in what I think are braxton hicks/period pains! Dnt last too long but defiantly get them. Xx

Oohh thank you, think I will do the same as you then. Am going to try epo when I get too 36 weeks, not sure am goin to insert it yet tho! I see you already have children? Did you use Rlt and Epo during them pregnancies aswell and do you think it makes a difference? Xx
