sex of the baby question

Has anyone else been told several times by several people not to trust the us b/c it could be wrong???
We have been told 4 times it's a girl, i saw it with my own two eyes there is nothing there, but so many people have told me that someone was told it was girl and it turned out boy that i'm scared to take the tags off all the clothes!! We just had a baby shower, and i'm REALLY hopeing it is still a girl b/c everything we have is girly except the bedding, the room color, and the play yard... i just want to know what everyone else is doing do i trust 4 u/s or wait it out and just wash the neutral stuff????

People tell me that too, we were told it's a boy and the ultrasound technician said within 30 seconds of beginning the ultrasound that she "could see very clearly" what the sex was. She then showed me, and then showed OH when he came into the room. People tell me all the time "oh it could be wrong" blah blah blah...I just ignore them. Worst case is it is a girl and she has a very boyish room and wardrobe. I trust the ultrasound...especially if you were told several times...there's still always a chance but I'd be confident that they were right.

after being told 4 times, the chances of it being wrong is way slim. Good luck

I saw it a couple of times that it's a boy...and I saw the "turtle" two little round things with a thing sticking up in the middle

Ultrasound sex determinations aren't 100% accurate but the vast majority of the time they are correct, especially when they're done after 16 weeks and even more so when they're done multiple times with the same result. After 4 scans I really don't think you need to worry.

I hope they were right, it was the same tech every time but i saw it too there was nothing there... I'm just being a worry wart! i Had one at 18 weeks she was sure it was a girl, but thought well come back after lunch so i can get a better pic, so we did she said shes pretty sure girl, then had one at 20 weeks no doubt its a girl, then at 26 weeks no doubt its a girl...hopfully it is!! my dh keeps saying oh its hot a boy so stop worrying
