Baby Movement Question...

Good morning ladies! So quick question. I am 23+3 and have kind of noticed a lull in baby movement the past two days. Last week I was feeling her almost like clockwork after every meal. Now I only get a jab here and there. Is this normal? Also when I was feeling her after the meals it would only be for about 5 minutes and then she would settle down. I have felt her have the hiccups the past couple of days but that is really it. When should I start doing kick counts? or worrying? Please let me know what you think! Thanks!

I'm fairly sure kick counting is only reliable at 28 weeks or so. Can't exactly remember what I was feeling at 23 weeks but nothing near regular, routine movement, there's still so much room for them to hide Also I noticed LO would be a little quieter and I would be more tired and hungry when she was having a growth spurt, these typically lasted for 2-3 days every 2-3 weeks. If you are worried, try a super cold drink or something sugary and lay down on your left side for a bit, this is supposed to get them moving

ETA If you have only felt hiccups, I'd try the cold drink plus sweets and lie down for an hour and if nothing then, give your mw a ring just to be on the safe side

Just thought I'd say I noticed reduced movements at 23 weeks and went in to be checked and they found out I had low fluid which was causing growth problems. ALWAYS go get checked if you notice a change x
